So sorry to hear of Deloris passing. Enjoyed going to Pleasant View Church with her through the years. Back when we were young with children and later when her and Buck came back to Pleasant View. They were good people. My daddy grew up on the place they lived on in OK. He use to talk a lot about the creek and fishing. She will be missed.

Recall Delores and her sister many times coming to the Cherokee meeting, she really had a lot of history about her family and the Cherokee people. Use to talk a lot about the place her father had when it was still Cherokee nation land. Hard to loss elders like her. They will say her name at the March Council meeting, of her crossing over. She was member of Cherokee Nation and Native American Fellowship of South Coffeyville. Prayers with the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I met Mrs. Bump when my grandparents owned land adjoining their farm and I rode the school bus with David. She was always a gracious lady.
