Lucille was a sweet and wonderful lady. I became acquainted with her while my mom, Elsie Osborn, resided at Windsor. I played bingo with them and had a great time. She was the guardian angel for all the residents when they were out in the big TV room. I certainly will miss her as will many others. Rest in peace, Lucille.
