I think I've known Louie since I was about 13 or 14 after graduating from high school I lost track of him then I got married moved away and move back to Coffeyville and there he was working for the city his guys used to come into my place of work and buy stuff and then he would call me and wanted to know why I would charge stuff to them it was stuff they needed to keep the city running he was just being cantankerous. After about many years of him calling me all the time he retired and I moved back to Independence while working at the VFW one day he walks ordering his regular gin and seven. Him and his family spent every neewollah there he would be the first one there in the morning to save a table the Bustos family to party all night. He will be sorely missed. He was truly the matriarch of the family .

Hi Bustos Family....My heart so goes out to all of you. Louie came into my life when I was in 7th grade when I met Robert. Boy how he loved to tease me! Over the years, I saw thru all of his ...gosh I can't even think of the word to describe him...Oneriness! But he truly had a heart of gold. He so loved his family and I can honestly say that I loved his love for life! His laugh was almost as funny as mine! :) You'll be missed Louie BUT never ever forgotten!
