I had the pleasure of working for Jim back in the nintie's, he taught me a lot about working in the pipeline line business and running directional drill's, worked many jobs with him, he even set me up working as a pipeline inspector, he was a good, fair man. He'll be greatly missed by me.

My condolences to the family of a man I never meant, but heard so many stories about from my mother Patricia Kilcoyne, and my father Jerry Parsons. We would laugh at the stories of their childhood, and my mother would always have wonderful things to say about Jim, and the Allens. Rest in Peace and say hello to my mother and father!

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Jimmy fondly. He was always so kind to me. I remember when he bought his cutlass and took me for a ride out by the pig stand; he put it to the floor and scared the bejebbers out of me. Then he took me up in the plane and scared me there also. Hahahaha, seems he liked scaring me. I haven't of course seen any of the Allen family in years but I remember the most loving family who would help anyone. My heart aches for all of you.
