I had not seen your mom in a long time but was surprised to read of her death. I work in Independence so don't see too many people I grew up with any more. I remember us all being friends so long ago. I hope you're all doing great and have good support systems to help you through this. Losing a parent is always very hard. So sorry for your loss. I will miss Frances' smiling face in church as you will in your lives. As my sister said, we have been sitting in church by Frances for over 40 years. As usual we sat in front of her last Sunday; and, as usual, she made a point of greeting my Dad and wishing him peace.

So very shocked to read. We just saw her at the store last week. We had our usual talk about "the neighborhood" and wished her back to be close to us. We visited about you kids and she told Jim how proud she was of him. We will miss seeing her but knowing where she is brings smiles. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by so many.
