Rick was such a great man. Always willing to listen and help. I was able to make it to the benefit on the 13th and it was a great testament to what a friend Rick was. There were so many old friends there to show their respect, and to catch up with one another. RIP Ricky Dean.

Myrna, Jim and I have done much reminiscing about Coffeyville and Rickie's falling out of the 2nd story window, etc., etc. No wonder the angels were watching him then, he had many great works yet to do. My Father was as good as they can get. He was the strongest man I knew. He was there for me thru thick and thin. I sought his advice in every aspect of my life. He made me laugh when no one else could. I always had so much fun just being around him. I was always in awe of his intelligence and drive. I was, and still am, so proud of my Dad and the many things he did in his life. He had so many that loved and respected him. He was the best Dad, Father-In-Law, and Papa that a family could ask for. We love you Dad. We miss you too much.

I would like to express my family's sorrow at the news of Rick's passing. It is hard to find the words to express our thoughts at a time like this. All I can say is, I thought Rick was a good man, and he spent his life helping people. There is no better person on earth then a person who would spend his time helping people in their time of need. This is the type of person that Rick was. He will be missed.
