My name is Marcus Hammond. I attended Coffeyville Community College from 1998-2000, and was on the cheerleading team. I got injured in the first few months of school, and Captain Jack was a source of inspiration and tough love, in helping me heal and get my confidence back in participating with the team. My condolences to his family, as it breaks my heart that he is no longer with us. I wish to start a memorial scholarship in his name, with the blessing of his family.
