Sorry, to hear of Stella Marie's death. I've known her for probably 70+ years and attended Caney Valley School with her in the 1930s. She was always a favorite of me and my sister, Dola Fern. I visited her at Pleasant Valley when I could and she was always upbeat and fun to be with. I extend my sincere sympathy to the famiy.

I was so sorry to read of Stella's death. She and Charlie were such good friends to my parents. They were almost inseparable at times. I loved to visit with her at Pleasant Valley when I would be in Sedan and she always seemed to be happy to see me and wanted to visit about our kids and grandkids. She certainly will be missed.

Stella was such a outstanding person. I enjoyed so much taking her to doctor appointments while I worked at Pleasant Valley. I enjoyed seeing her every time I came just to visit residents at Pleasant Valley. I can just imagine that she is running and jumping in heaven without the confinement of the wheelchair. My thoughts are with you in this time of sorrow in Stella's passing. But we will see her again in Heaven.
