Chad, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember your Dad and Mother when I worked at Mercy,in the early 70s. Sorry, that we did not get to know your brother as much as we know you. It is hard to leave your parents, especially when they are so young. I dont know if he had been sick long, or if it was a sudden loss. You know, that Denzel and I are here if you need to talk or just want to visit. You are in our prayers and in our hearts forever. Sorry I am so long in writing this, but we just found out Last Saturday. Blessings to you and your families. Fayrean and Denzel

Matt, Chad and family, We were so sorry to hear about your dad's death. I grew up with your dad from Longfellow on, my husband Rocky from Jr. high and up Your dad was a great guy. He was so talented, he could do anything he put his mind to. We didn't see him very much after moving to Arkansas, but everytime he seen our car @ our son Robin's he always stopped in to talk. He had also became friends with Robin and his family. Your dad loved all of you so very much and was so very proud of you. I went to school with your mom Patsy also. The last time we seen him all he talked about was you boys and your family and how much he loved and missed your mom. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. We will all miss his smile. God Bless

To Chad, Matt and extended family,
I am very sorry to hear about Glen. He was a close friend of mine growing up in Coffeyville. I moved away after marriage and Junior College years and really only saw Glen once afterwards, at a reunion. He was always funny, quick-witted, athletic, multi-talented, etc., on and on. He could have done anything that he wanted to do. I was always glad when I beat him in pool.It didn't happen that often. I can't think of any other thing, except maybe situps. In High School we had to do 100 to pass the Gym Class test. He did 100 and stopped. I did 100 plus, just to beat him. I'll always remember the poker games with Glen, Jim Webber, and Gene (Al) Graham. What a bunch of funny guys. May they connect in Heaven and rest in peace.

Matt & Chad so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. He always had a smile on his face for everyone and loved to tease everybody and always with a great story or two to tell.
One of my favorite memories was one time when he was at my house with Jerry and the guys that hung together and your Dad was always so agile and such a great athlete. Everybody was acting stupid which was our ususal antics in those days and Glen was cutting up and jumped over one of our holly shrubs in front of the house but he missed clearing it and the top snapped off perfectly. Glen just stopped placed the top back on the shrubit looked perfect and my parents never noticed it until weeks later when it started to turn brown. They also had a good laugh over it. There were lots of good times with our classmates and we will always remember those days with laughter.
He is making every body up there laugh now too!
You and Yours are in our Thoughts & Prayers!

Matt and Chad,
I am so sorry for your loss. You boys were your dad's life and I know the pain of loosing parents is not easy. It is always sad when we loose another legend and your dad was one of them. Your dad was never without a ready smile when you ran into him. There will be left behind a lot of good, fun and memorable memories about your dad and some day those memories will help replace the pain you feel now. He was one of a kind. My prayers and thoughts are with you both.

I just wanted to say how sorry I am about the loss of your loved one Glenn. I knew him as a young man who loved life and loved to play basketball. Glenn played on the varsity at the time I lived in Coffeyville and I admired the way he could dominate the game. Even though I was a sophomore and on the junior varsity he always had time to talk to me about the game. I remember Glenn and John Moomaw. I also remember Glenn, John and Toni Q. hanging out togethergood friends. That was what Glenn was to me a good friend. I know that you are proud of him and should always be..he was a good man. God Bless you all at this time and always.

A group of us spent one of the most fun Halloween's of our lives with Glenn driving his dad's pickup. Not an outhouse standing in Dearing and that was the beginning of the evening! We lost touch after high school but when I think of Glenn I always go back to that night of young men being insane!

Glenn was always one of my favorite people to run in to when I was out shopping. He didn't just say "Hi" and walk on by-he always had a minute to stop and talk and ask "How are you doing?" He had such a tremendous presence that I'm sure you all will feel a great loss for quite some time. My sympathy goes out to you all.

We have some great memories of Glenn. He taught a lot of young boys how to play baseball. I remember well how he would put a bat behind a batter's feet at practice to teach him to not back out of the batter's box. It worked! He knew what he was doing ! Glenn was always friendly to me (Kathy) and I enjoyed visiting with him each time I would see him. Our sympathy to Chad and Matt and your families.
