Denise, we are so sorry. Our love and prayers are with you during this time. Your plate has been overloaded; but God knows and God cares. We know she is in a better place, but oh! the ache and emptiness in our hearts. May God give you peace, rest, comfort and His love during this time. Call if anything we can do. Luv U

Denise, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very special person to all who knew her. I enjoyed working with her at the motel years ago, she made the job fun and she was such a good boss. Going to Wal-Mart will not be the same anymore, I always looked for her lane when checking out. I will miss her. May God bless you and your family.

I worked with Doris at Golden Books & my daughter worked with
her at Wal-Mart. I loved to tease her about being a mean, hateful person, but she was just the opposite. I will miss her dearly.

I knew Doris in our teen years and she lived most of her younger years south of LeMars. Seney don't have a high school sorry to tell. But even back then she was fun to be with and a nice personality. I knew her parents also but lost contact when she moved away from this area. My sympathy to her family even tho I don't know you. I'm sure she will be missed.

Denise,
I am so sorry to hear about Doris. I remember she used to keep that brick sidewalk maintained. She'd be out there pulling and cutting grass with a pocketknife. I'd go over and "help" and grandma would get so mad at me getting so dirty and Doris would just laugh. I cannot imagine what you are going through now, all I can do is remember how funny she was and hope you are able to do the same. Praying for you and the kids, man she loved them and I know they love her.

Doris was a delight to everyone who was lucky enough to go through her line at Wal-Mart. She was not only friendly but
fun like family. Ron and I always looked forward to seeing her
both at Wal-Mart as well as when she came by the
radio station. She will always have a place in our hearts.
Rest in Peace, Doris. Let her love and the love of God surround
you all. She will be missed!
