haha. funny little story about evans city PA. my falmiy grew up there. my great grandma has lived there for 65 years. and my grandma and grandpa grew up there. so did my parents and my aunts and uncles. they lived right down the road from the little old lady's house that they used in the movie. they also used my mom's old elementary school in the movie too. my whole falmiy remembers them coming and making that movie there, it is a tiny, TINY, town so when they did the movie there people remembered. I had always known about evans city, i visit there all the time. but the first time i watched night of the living dead, i had no idea where it was shot, until the one scene where they are saying all the counties that are on lockdown or whatever. lol. i never made the connection until i asked my mom if she knew anything about it. thats when i found all that out. I love old monster movies, but this one has a special place in my heart . sorry for taking up so much space
