Toby and Daryl,
I have known you both for so very many years. It goes all the way back to Toby being a kindergartener at Longfellow!!! She was one of my first vsitors when Eric was born 28 years ago. It is with a heavy heart that I send this condolence to you and your family. JoAnn was a geat friend, co-worker, and very special person. No one can ever fill the gap she leaves. She will be missed by many!!

Dear Cook Family,
Jo Ann was one very special lady. She always had the right words to say to make one feel special. She always knew how to comfort others.
