What an amazing young man. Such a respectful student. He made going to work each day enjoyable just by flashing me that big smile in the hall way. It's going to be hard not seeing him once or twice a week.

Briar, I always thought of you as a great kid. In fact I was always asking Chelsea why she didn't try to date you. You were such a good friend to her. We're gonna miss pulling into Walmart parking lot and looking to see if you were working before we went inside. Your smile is greatly missed. Robert, you and Kandy did a wonderful job raising your boys. Just keep up the good work with Blake..Kandy will still let you know if you're not doing something just right. Love you guys!!!!

I truly wish we could have known Briar. From these comments he must have been an amazing young man! Be proud of the job Kandy and you did raising your son. His character and love for God is apparent and no doubts he is with his Lord and Saviour. I hope you can find peace in knowing this. God bless you and Blake.

Your family does not know me, but I just had to comment about Briar.
I only talked to Briar when we would go into Wal-mart to shop. I never saw Briar without a smile on his face, and always was willing to help or just visit for a while. I will miss seening him, and his smile. I am so sorry for you loss.

I first met Briar when he came to my grandma's house after my grandpa passed away, he was so kind and loving that day. The way he treated my grandma and family was just amazing. He was an amazing man and I am sure is in God's Kingdom. I didn't know Kandy but I am sure she had to be amazing to have such an amazing son. May God carry you all through this difficult time and that you cherish the good memories. Praying for all of you.

Briar was a great kid. He graduated my freshman year, but I still knew him. He always smiled at me when I'd walk into Wal-Mart. Thanks to him, we, (Nick Scott, Erica Dixon, Jordyn Winters, Trevor Philbrick, and I) are starting a Prayer Circle at our school. It'll be on Tuesdays and Thursdays to pray over the school and get others to join. We're hoping to become big by the time school this year ends. All of our prays our with the Palmer family. (=

Briar was an exceptional man. His heart, his smile said it all. Steve loved coaching him and we both enjoyed every time we went into Wal Mart and saw him.
We pray God's love will be with you now during this particularly hard time in the loss of Briar and his mother!

Briar was an amazing young man. Loved watching him play baseball years ago and visiting with him when we would see him at work. He always had that sweet smile that made others feel welcome. He faith was strong and has made an impact on all that knew him. Praying for the family in the difficult days ahead. As Briar said "he is chillin with Jesus now"
