Thank you everyone for the nice words about mom. She is truly missed. I take comfort in knowing she is with Jesus. It's my loss I cry for. I miss her greatly but I am so glad she is no longer suffering with that awful pain. My heart will forever have a hole in it that only she could fill.

To Virginia's daughters.
I just heard today that your Mother had passed away.I am so sorry. My thoughts and prayers are with you.May God give you comfort and peace during this very difficult time.
I have many fond memories of your Mother.
I worked at Walmart with your Mother for many years. She was always the same.A sweet, kind friendly person, she always treated everyone with respect, and always had a smile for everyone.
I always enjoyed taking a break at the same time she did as the conversation was always cheerful, not a lot of grumbling and griping.
Cherish the many wonderful memories you have of your Mother.
May God be with each one of you.

Girls, I just found out about Aunt Virginia I can only say how sorry I am to hear of her passing and that I know she had all you girls supporting her for so long. Please know that I am thinking of you and your families and take comfort in knowing that she is now in a better place and that you have so many precious moments that you will cherish for the rest of your lives. My mom is out of town right now and won't be able to make the service but she sends her condolences and wants you to know that she is thinking of you girls and your families. Pam, Missy, Tamara, Yvette, grandchildren and other family members. I have wonderful memories of your mother. We worked together for 19 years at Wal Mart and you would have to look a long time to find a lady as sweet, kind and caring as your mother. I know you will miss her greatly but remember she is now in the arms of our Lord where in her new home there is no pain. I have been praying for you all through this long illness and will continue praying that God will help you each through this time of loss. Wish I could be there for her memorial but living in Ponca City I am unable to come. Love you all! Marilyn Tate

I knew Virginia when we were both children at Timber Hill and she was known as Ginny Keller. After her family moved to Coffeyville, my mother would sometimes drive to Coffeyville to shop (by then we had moved to Altamont) and I would go to the Kellers house to stay and play with Ginny, Judy and Donnie. I remember sneaking over to the Holy Name Church and giggling as we watched the priests walking outside and reading their prayer books. Why that was funny is a mystery to me, but remember, we were just kids. I got re-acquainted with Virginia when she was still at Wal-Mart out on East Eighth Street, and enjoyed an occasional visit in recent years. I wish the family well she was a sweet girl.
