Debbie and Charlie -
Today your dad will be laid to rest. The last few months were very hard on Jim, not being able to get out and go as much as he wanted. He hated having to stay in out of the cold and heat. But he loved you and his grandchildren very much, and he spent his last hours doing what he enjoyed. We will all miss him very much - his strong presence, his guidance, his caring.
He was one of a kind.
