Connie, I don't know if you remember me but we attended school together at Holy Name in the 1950s and 1960s. Also, my parents Frank and Dorothy Smith lived across the street from you before theirs deaths in 2005 and 2007.
I'm so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. I remember your mom and dad when I was growing up. She was always such a nice and friendly lady. I live in Tulsa now, but when I'm in Coffeyville, it always brings back memories of growing up there and the good times I had.
I know how difficult it is to lose a mother. Even though you will always feel the loss, be thankful you had a such a wonderful mom.
